eStore Account Setup

For new estore accounts
where you don’t have a Thomson Reuters Account.

(Thomson Reuters Account users see below.)

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select Create an account to register a new Thomson Reuters Account.
    1.  1. Enter your first name, last name, and email.
    2.  2. Enter and confirm a new password.
    3.  3. Choose your preferred language.
    4.  4. Choose a security question and add an answer (optional)
    5.  5. Agree to the terms of use.
    6.  6. Select Continue.
    7.  7. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email on the Verify email page.
    8.  8. Verify and create your new Thomson Reuters Account.
  3. Continue your journey by completing your contact and shipping details.
  4. Complete your current Thomson Reuters account name and number. These details allow us to ensure any existing discounts already associated with your Thomson Reuters account are also applied to your eStore orders. TIP: You can locate your Thomson Reuters Account Name and Account Number on any previous invoice received from us.
  5. Click Submit and your ready to shop! Your eStore account information is now saved so you don’t have to re enter this detail on your next eStore visit.

For new estore accounts
where you already have a Thomson Reuters Account.

(If you’re a Westlaw AU, Checkpoint, or Proview customer, then you already have a Thomson Reuters Account.)

  1. Go to the Thomson Reuters Account sign-in page and do the following:
    1.  1. Enter the email associated with your Thomson Reuters Account. Select Continue.
    2.  2. Enter your password. Select Sign in.
  2. Complete your contact and shipping details
  3. Complete your current Thomson Reuters account name and number. These details allow us to ensure any existing discounts already associated with your Thomson Reuters account are also applied to your eStore orders. TIP: You can locate your Thomson Reuters Account Name and Account Number on any previous invoice received from us.
  4. Click Submit and your ready to shop! Your eStore account information is now saved so you don’t have to re enter this detail on your next eStore visit.

You can also create your eStore account without going through checkout by simply clicking the Create Account link at the top of any page on this site. Then follow the instructions as noted above.

Updating Your Account

Your account information can be updated from the link labelled Your user name Estore Account found at the top of every page on the Thomson Reuters Australia website.
