Orders for printed products
Published books
- Australian customer purchasing an Australian title
7-10 working days via Australia Post. If the product you have purchased is currently out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available. For long delays you will be contacted by a Customer Care consultant.
- Australian customer purchasing an international title
Shipping times may vary depending on whether the title is currently held in Australian inventory or must be shipped from overseas. Please contact Customer Care for an estimate on delivery times for your order.
- International customer purchasing an Australian title
International orders will be shipped via standard DHL Global Mail. Shipping times may vary depending on stock and shipping destination. Please contact Customer Care for an estimate on delivery times for your order.
For purchases that are required urgently (domestic or international) we are able to arrange for express post or a StarTrack courier service or DHL Express for international orders, for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Care for a quote and payment. Once your order is dispatched we will shortly thereafter provide you with a tracking number.
Forthcoming/pre-order books
- Books that have not yet been published are expected to be delivered within 7-10 working days of the publication date listed on the eStore (unless shipping internationally). Sometimes, due to unforeseen editorial delays, the expected publication date can be pushed back. If this occurs, the new publication date will be displayed on the eStore.
Orders for electronic products
- Published eBooks
eBook purchases will be available as soon as you receive your order confirmation email. If you have not previously set up your ProView account (the platform for Thomson Reuters eBooks) you will be sent a welcome email with instructions on how to do so.
- Forthcoming/pre-order eBooks
eBooks that have not yet been published are expected to be available for download on the publication date listed on the eStore. Sometimes, due to unforeseen editorial delays, the expected publication date can be pushed back. If this occurs, the new publication date will be displayed on the eStore.
