The author, Bruce Bulford’s commentary covers the law and specific information relevant to registered clubs, all aspects of liquor licensing, hotel and club gaming and the procedures applied by the Casino Liquor & Gaming Control Authority. This practical commentary is the result of the author’s considerable experience in the liquor & gaming jurisdiction of New South Wales and is combined with the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing fact sheets, guidelines, precedents, press releases and policies.

The service also contains a unique, fully headnoted, Gaming and Liquor Decisions (GLD) which take a broad view of what constitutes a gaming or liquor licensing decision and offers a compilation for the convenience of practitioners. The GLD are selected from the Supreme Court NSW, Court of Appeal NSW, the former Licensing Court NSW, the Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority and Administrative Decisions Tribunal, raising issues of importance that are also covered within the commentary of the service.
