Description
Published at least 45 times a year by the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales, The Weekly Law Reports are the best way to keep up to date with cases heard in the Superior and Appellate Courts.
Giving coverage of the cases that really matter, which either develop the law in some way or introduce a new point of law, they are the most authoritative reports available and should always be cited in preference.
Cases reported in The Weekly Law Reports include the House of Lords, Privy Council, Court of Appeal (Civil and Criminal Divisions), Queen’s Bench Division, Chancery Division, Family Division, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the European Court of Justice.
Subscriptions to The Weekly Law Reports run from January to December. New subscribers will receive parts published from the beginning of the subscription year.
As a special service WLR subscribers receive a Cumulative Index, “The Pink Book”, published throughout the year; this not only facilitates case retrieval but also provides reference to other major series of reports.
At the end of the year subscribers also receive an annual index for binding purposes.
Other ICLR Reports:
The Business Law Reports
The Law Reports
Law Reports Entire Series (The Law Reports and The Weekly Law Reports)
The Industrial Cases Reports
The Consolidated Index (1951-2000)
Jurisdiction: England/Wales
Prices are for an annual subscription from January to December in any year.
