  • There will be coverage of the ramifications of ineffective and poor writing, specifically with reference to the precise legal practitioners' obligations in the various conduct rules, inlcuding the new uniform professional legislation;
  • New chapter on the type of writing that is done for internal use, rather than focussing on writing for external parties such as the client and the courts.
